AIRASIA 2026 CAMPAIGN

The campaign comprised 7 episodes across international markets, with a total client value of approximately $350K. Each episode had its own producer, crew and creator, with productions often progressing concurrently.

The challenge was keeping every production aligned while ensuring each team was properly resourced and prepared for its respective market.

01 / Context

Managing a multi-market campaign with multiple productions running in parallel

As the executive producer and main client-facing point of contact, I oversaw the campaign at a regional level, making key production and execution decisions while keeping the client, agency, producers, creators and overseas teams aligned.

With multiple episodes progressing concurrently, I worked closely with each producer to track timelines, resources, budgets and production readiness, while anticipating gaps and making decisions to keep individual productions moving. This allowed the producers to focus on execution while I maintained oversight of the wider campaign.

02 / Approach

Connecting the moving parts across markets

03 / Outcome

Established and managed the production pipeline across seven international markets, supporting concurrent productions while maintaining alignment across clients, producers, creators, overseas fixers and agency partners.
